Our company charges 5% of the total deal amount as a service charge, and from this, 20% of the service charge is shared as commissions. For example, if a deal is worth $1,000,000 and the company charges 5% as the service charge, which is $50,000, you will receive 15% of that $50,000 as your commission, amounting to $7,500. Additionally, the Marketing Manager (MM) will receive 5% of the same amount. **Our "Commission-Based-Structure is designed to truly reward your efforts. Role of MARKETING SPECIALIST: To find your Leads: NO LIMITATION OF REGIONS/COUNTRY (but as possible have a lead from your own regions). 1. Localized connections 2. Marketing in social media (facebook, instagram, twitter, linkedin, tiktok and more) 3. Look for leads your own ways ( Direct Importers, Real Estate Developers, and more) As a FREELANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert advisory services and innovative solutions in the field of trade finance. This includes but is not limited to the facilitation of structured financing, risk assessment, and the structuring of transactions to support international trade activities. You will work closely with clients to identify their financing needs, analyze market trends, and deliver customized strategies to optimize trade operations. Additionally, you will leverage your knowledge of trade finance instruments, such as letters of credit, SBLCs, and bank guarantees, to enhance clients' creditworthiness and secure their global trade engagements. In this position, you are primarily responsible for generating your own leads. That said, you won’t be navigating this task alone. Our dedicated support team—led by our CEO and expert directors/manager will provide you with the guidance and resources needed to maximize your success with every potential lead. Additionally, depending on your region and current market needs, we may also assign select leads for you to pursue. Rest assured, our CEO/Expert Officers are committed to working closely with you, offering personalized, hands-on support to transform every deal into a success—provided that we and your client adhere to our procedures and requirements. **Note:** Training is provided, but we prioritize hands-on experience using your leads. (We usually wire commissions immediately, depending on banking days.)
