Key Requirements

As for SMM Applicant:

👉 SMM Override Benefit: You will receive a 5% override on all commissions earned by SALES & MARKETING SPECIALIST (SMS) under your jurisdiction.

📌 SMM Requirements: Manage a team of atleast 10 freelance employees (SMS, in-house or virtual) or atleast successfully 2 closed deals.

If you believe you are capable of managing such a team, and are ready to start immediately with current legitimate deals in progress and together onboarding atleast 10 SMSs under you then, we can consider appointing you instantly.
